Tatflow is a client relationship workspace for independent tattoo artists. The film follows the details an artist needs between sessions: the client, their idea, the references, what was agreed and what needs to happen next.
Receive an organised tattoo request
Share your request form in your Instagram bio or send it to a client. They describe their idea, placement, size and budget, and add reference photos. Their request arrives in your studio ready for a reply. For an inquiry received in a DM, paste the message and review the suggested details.
Keep the tattoo journey together
Record the consultation, track the deposit status, keep design notes and schedule the appointment. Each project has its own journey and next action. Deposit tracking records what has been paid; Tatflow does not collect payments today.
Remember the client after the session
Record the finished tattoo and its photos in the Tattoo Passport. Follow-up reminders bring you back to aftercare, healing checks and future pieces. Edit and copy a message yourself; messages are not sent automatically.
